Ask the host to enable Website Companion and share their ATLAS connection code.

Read-only view of the host’s coalition. If the website connection is unavailable, use Open Map in ATLAS for the local fallback. Charts and ATLAS diagrams are available from the website without joining. Installed DCS terrain imagery remains in the local fallback.

Connect your flight

Open this map on your iPhone or iPad while connected to the same network as this computer.

Live DCS

Read-only feed from the running ATLAS controller.

  1. Start ATLAS as usual and select Open Map.
  2. Open the device link in Safari on your iPhone or iPad, on the same trusted network.

No additional DCS scripts, UDP destination, or DCS restart are needed for the map. Its failure does not stop ATC.

Connection links are private to this ATLAS session.

Close-up airport views use the DCS ground diagram, because real-world airports can have different taxiways. Regional views use imagery from the installed DCS terrain when available and fall back to ATLAS's built-in offline background.

ATLAS assignment

Read-only controller context. Pending instructions still require the normal radio readback. Practice patterns are separate and are not clearances.

Permanent website chart library · no live session required.

Original DCS chart. Aircraft positions are shown on the moving map; this chart image has no calibrated aircraft overlay yet.

Airfield flight patterns

PRACTICE OVERLAY · Adjustable training geometry, not a published airport procedure or ATC clearance. Available on every theater with supplied runway geometry.

Altitude is a practice reference above airport elevation; descend as appropriate on final. Turn shapes are schematic and do not model aircraft speed or bank angle. Overhead initial starts at least 4 NM out; the break begins at runway midpoint.

Live runway patterns

An active runway does not assign a pattern or turn direction. Reference turns and spacing are illustrative. Assigned mode takes the pattern and turns from ATLAS; it still does not model a cleared flight path or terrain separation. No altitude is assigned by this overlay.
